The Provinces Dental seeks a Front Office Assistant to join our established practice in Chandler, AZ! Our state-of-the-art office proudly provides our community personalized care for all ages in a comfortable, stress-free environment. Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday
  • Two Saturdays a month

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
  • Scheduling patients for recare appointments
  • Confirming reserved appointments and reviewing appointment needs
  • Ensuring the schedule is productively and efficiently filled
  • Reviewing and contacting patients regarding unscheduled appointments
  • Completing specific patient care needs such as coordinating prescription needs, follow-up with specialists, and post-treatment questions
  • We are a fast-paced office with great attention to detail. This position is very busy and is best fulfilled by an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and wonderful with people

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior front office experience in a dental setting is required
  • Knowledge and experience in scheduling is ideal
  • Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and collecting payments
  • Experience with Dentrix software (at least 1 year)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Leadership qualities, such as positive and encouraging interactions with the doctor, team members, and patients
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
