We are seeking an Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence

The Basics

Location: Chandler, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00/hr

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify documentation, and ensure inventory is accurately recorded in internal systems
  • Inspect shipments for shortages, defects, or damage and communicate discrepancies to leadership
  • Label deliveries with barcodes and required inventory tracking information
  • Move and organize inventory throughout designated storage locations while following First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures
  • Prepare and deliver raw materials to support production needs
  • Assist with chemical sample preparation and inventory quality processes
  • Perform inventory checks on expired, damaged, or defective stock and ensure proper reverse distribution procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including cleaning activities and documentation logs

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory management software preferred
  • Strong basic math skills and ability to maintain inventory documentation accuracy
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours and routinely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet productivity goals
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance with a positive and professional attitude
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE/OSHA compliance
