We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.
Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions.
Lead and participate in staff meetings with skills including facilitation, training, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.
Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.
Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.
Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
CEREC and scanning experience
Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Experience with digital dentistry and modern technology is a plus
Current Arizona radiography certification required
