Position Summary:

  • Serve as a strategic technology partner to senior leaders across Core Technology Infrastructure, driving governance, operational risk discipline, and end‑to‑end process optimization
  • Oversee lifecycle management of CTI’s enterprise‑critical process inventory, ensuring accuracy, control effectiveness, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Act as the primary integration point between engineering teams, architecture groups, risk partners, and process owners
  • Provide expertise in process architecture, control design, operational risk mitigation, and technology process governance
  • Enable workflow automation, telemetry‑driven performance monitoring, and modernization of intake and operational routines
  • Develop executive‑ready reporting artifacts, dashboards, and data‑driven insights using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Jira
  • Strengthen operational resiliency by improving process transparency, optimizing technology workflows, and reducing risk exposure

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in process governance, operational risk management, or technology process architecture within a large‑scale enterprise technology environment
  • Experience partnering with senior technology leaders and influencing technical decision‑making
  • Demonstrated ability to execute process improvements, integrate control requirements, and deliver measurable operational outcomes
  • Expertise in process design, control frameworks, operational risk principles, and compliance standards for global technology operations
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and workflow tools such as Jira
  • Experience supporting portfolio, workflow, or operational performance management within technology or engineering organizations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Orcit, POP, CIMA, and similar enterprise governance frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, engineering, or related field
  • MBA or professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL (preferred)
