The Opportunity

Our Residential Plumbers serve homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area. This role is perfect for plumbers who enjoy diagnosing problems, educating customers, and being rewarded for performance.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$175,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)

What You’ll Do

• Respond to and resolve residential plumbing emergencies

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems

• Perform routine plumbing and drain inspections

• Accurately complete job documentation (time, materials, scope of work)

• Work collaboratively with leadership, peers, and other trades

• Support team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and drug screening 

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Every other Saturday

• Rotating on-call shifts
