Guardian Tax is growing our Chandler sales team and seeking experienced Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently close deals.

This is a high-energy opportunity for competitive, results-driven sales professionals who are motivated by strong earning potential and career growth.

You’ll work with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS issues and tax debt. There’s no cold calling or prospecting—your job is to understand each individual's situation, present the appropriate solution, and guide qualified opportunities to a successful close.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with individuals actively seeking tax relief solutions
• Build trust and establish strong rapport with prospective clients
• Use consultative selling to understand each client’s needs, concerns, and goals
• Clearly explain available solutions and their value
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process
• Confidently close qualified opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Location & Schedule

Position: Full-Time, In-Office
Location: Chandler, AZ

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
