| 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Normal schedule will be 9:30a - 6:00p Monday-Friday.聽 Subject to change depending on business needs. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Verify the functionality of IC test sockets, socket lids, thermal control units, and various components using established procedures and equipment to support daily shipments, warranty returns, and engineering studies. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform visual inspections of intricate parts and assemblies under microscope and other equipment. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform failure analysis and material investigations using laboratory analysis equipment. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with engineers to ensure testing procedures are accurately performed. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Configure testing equipment hardware and initiate automated test scripts using a computer interface. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze test results, create test reports, and archive the test record on network drives using a computer interface. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Interpret the unit test results, disposition unit quality (pass/fail), prepare information needed to perform repairs, and route parts to next process step. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enter transactional job information into a computerized job scheduling/tracking system (MRP). 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform equipment calibrations, test standards, and archive results to monitor tester health. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Rotate to different test stations based on daily assignments. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties may be assigned. |
Qualifications...

- Proficient use of Microsoft Windows computing environment and able to use common Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must perform delicate-precise positioning of parts during setup, testing, and inspections.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to details and discipline to follow procedures.
- Able to independently carry out instructions and work in a team environment.
- Proficient with common test instruments including digital multimeter, digital thermometer, digital power supply, and microscopes.
- Flexible and able to positively respond to changing priorities under schedule pressure.
- Available for modified work schedule to support business needs (extended hours, additional shift coverage, weekends, holidays, normal days off).
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and bill of materials.
- Able to lift minimum of 30 pounds occasionally.
- Prior experience with laboratory analysis equipment is a plus. Including industrial X-Ray, Infrared Spectrometer, Scanning Electron Microscope, Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer, and Mechanical Load Frames (MTS or Instron).
