Here's how an Warehouse Coordinator for PCL Industrial Services, Inc. contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing transfers for tools, PPE, and equipment
- Selects equipment, from inventory, to be sent to jobsites based on the requisition.
- Works with vendors on pricing for tools, PPE, and equipment.
- Maintain asset records in multiple internal tracking software's
- Approve and manage transfer requests
- Track serial numbers, certifications, barcodes, and asset IDs
- Maintain vendor records, pricing, part numbers, and address books
- Process inventory adjustments and system updates
- Arranges freight and completed documentation.
- Schedules equipment periodic service and recertification. Provides Resources with completed maintenance work orders. Ensure required assets and materials have annual inspections performed.
- Solicits customer feedback and initiates appropriate action.
- Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
- Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Ability to understand and employ the company’s specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Understands quality of service and quality of product.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs. without restrictions
