¤    Acknowledge and greet all guests in a friendly, prompt and courteous manner
¤    Provide thorough consultations to determine needs and provide solutions
¤    Integrate product recommendations and retail sales into each service
¤    Meet or exceed individual retail and productivity goals
¤    Promote referrals and business building practices; encourage guests to return

Uphold Excellence Standards
¤    Adhere to salon dress code, including appearance standards for hair and makeup
¤    Demonstrate professionalism in behavior and interactions with others at all times
¤    Keep workstation and salon tidy and in compliance with salon specs at all times
¤    Maintain standards for growing a profitable salon and reducing waste                                                                       Â
Be a Collaborative Team Member
¤    Attend all required education events and workshops
¤    Complete assigned housekeeping duties; including, but not limited to stocking and cleaning
¤    Work with others in a positive, respectful and cooperative mindset
¤    Participate with in-salon and team-related activities and events
Â
Required Experience:
¤    A cosmetology certification with no relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
¤    Cosmetology license
¤    Proficiency in the latest color, cutting, and styling techniques
¤    Proficiency in the use of equipment needed to perform technical services
¤    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
¤    Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships

Additional Requirements:
¤       On a regular basis requires the ability to walk, reach with hands and arms
¤       On a regular basis requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
¤       On a regular basis requires the ability to lift +/- 10lbs
