Description
 Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at Colonia Del Rey and Chandler Gardens.
This position is ideal for a strong maintenance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can adapt to the operational needs of multiple communities while delivering exceptional resident service.
Responsibilities Include:
• Completing work orders and resident service requests in a timely manner
• Assisting with apartment turns and move-in readiness
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and general maintenance issues
• Supporting property curb appeal and community cleanliness standards
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and inspections
• Supporting maintenance operations during high-demand periods
• Participating in emergency maintenance and on-call rotations as assigned
• Maintaining professional communication with residents and team members
Requirements
 Qualifications:
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
• Ability to travel between assigned communities
