Change Control Specialist

We seek professionals with change control process ownership experience to join our growing team. The Change Control Specialist will support the execution and management of engineering change requests to include all related duties.  The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet the qualifications required to perform this job successfully. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Execute the change processes – process ECR/ECO/ECN submissions, manage, report.

·         Support Change Control Board (CCB) process, agenda, documentation and execution.

·         Track and assist in drawing completion and statistics.

·         Act as engineering document librarian.

·         Support ESR tracking and help utilize data to guide changes to parts and documentation.

·         Assist in ensuring the product/part data base remains current.

·         Initiate the MMI process and help track and drive the submitted MMI’s to completion.

·         SolidWorks PDM administration (User database, groups, workflows, access) and drawing/doc revision control in PDM.

·         Assist in report generation of monthly/yearly team metrics.

·         Utilize the following software: Salesforce, SolidWorks PDM, InfoCapture, Google Data Studio, SAP, Microsoft Office suite.

·         Interface with the following software: AutoCad, SolidWorks,

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Associates degree or administrative certification.

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office suite of software.

  • 4-8+ years experience with ECR documentation process.

  • 2+ years experience with SolidWorks PDM administration.

  • 4 years experience with checking and reviewing drawings.

  • 4 years ERP/MRP software experience.

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree.

  • 4+ years SAP software experience.

  • 2+ years Project/Program management experience or certification.

  • Experience using Salesforce.

  • Work with minimal direction and guidance.
