Guardian Tax is growing quickly and searching for competitive, motivated sales professionals who know how to build trust fast, run strong conversations, and close with confidence.

This is a true inbound sales role—no cold calling, no door knocking, no chasing leads. Every call comes from someone who has already reached out for help with serious tax issues. Your job is simple: connect, consult, and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build trust quickly and guide meaningful conversations
• Understand each client’s situation and present the right solution
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Close deals and manage follow-up when needed
• Stay consistent in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Earnings

• 15% commission on closed deals
• Average earnings: $7,000–$13,000 per month
• Top performers earn $15,000+ per month
• Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable

Location & Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
