What You’ll Be Doing

Service residential homes throughout the Phoenix metro
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
Identify root causes and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
Deliverlegendary service on every call
Work alongside and coach Apprentice Electricians
Take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Required:

5+ years of residential service electrical experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer communication
Desire to grow, lead, and earn at a high level

Schedule

Year-round work
Monday–Friday
Rotating weekends and on-call
