About the Role:

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products by deeply understanding user needs and behaviors. You will lead the design process from concept through execution, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, accessible, and engaging. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success by creating seamless and meaningful user journeys. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers, you will translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions. Ultimately, your expertise will help drive innovation and elevate the overall quality of our user-centered products in the competitive marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating user research and design skills.
  • Proficiency in Sketch and other prototyping tools.
  • Experience conducting usability tests and applying findings to improve designs.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Advanced knowledge of design thinking frameworks and facilitation.
  • Certification in UX or usability testing.
  • Experience designing for accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights and identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch and other prototyping software.
  • Perform usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex interaction challenges and enhance overall usability.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
