Job DetailsJob Location: Chanhassen, MN 55317Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School or EquivalentSalary Range: $29.30 - $29.30 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyJob Category: ManufacturingThis opportunity is available on 1st or 2nd shift: First: 6am-2:30pm M-F Second: 2pm-12:30am M-Th Ability to use Basic hand tools, mills, and tube bender proficiently Ability to run equipment in Fabrication Work Cell Mill and tube bender, Roller, Pipe notcher Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it Adherence to the attendance policy All other duties as required Qualifications Experience in a similar role. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others. Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management. Problem-solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues. Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly. Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and paint sprayers and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
