Familiar with hand tools and power tools. Basic computer skills. Organizational and prioritization skills.  Attention to detail.  Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly. Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses. Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to various conditions, including loud noise and hot temperatures.. Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude. Reliability: Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance. Training: Completion of necessary training requirements provided by SRC.
