We are looking for a Production Lead to join our Millwork team. In this role, you'll direct, control, and track wood shop projects from beginning to end while managing line employees and temp workers.

Shift Available: Monday - Friday   7:00 AM - 3:30 PM  (Overtime Eligible)  This is a 40 hour work week. 

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:

  • a High School Diploma or GED
  • a minimum of 3 years experience in fabrication or Millwork 
  • kitting or assembly experience is a plus

On top of that you must:

  • make the right call with quality decisions, good judgment and keen problem-solving skills in determining better, more efficient work flows with the same high-quality standard
  • drive results, take initiative and be action-oriented by applying time management and self-management skills every day in order to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • be accountable and take ownership of work commitments in meeting clients’ expectations and timelines
  • collaborate and embrace the “Art of the Team” by working with coworkers in order to get the work done on-time and within budget
  • have a passion for excellence and drive for quality in all that the team produces

In this position, you will:

  • review projects and create a vision for line set up and flow
  • direct team on tasks needed to complete the job on time
  • monitor the quality control on lines
  • ensure all of the necessary paperwork needed for the projects are utilized
  • complete time studies as needed
  • be setting up production lines
  • assist in the training and development of both regular and temporary workforce
  • perform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range: $52,000 - $56,160 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
