Job DetailsJob Location: Chanhassen, MN 55317Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School or EquivalentSalary Range: $31.94 - $31.94 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyJob Category: ManufacturingThis opportunity is available on first or second shift: First: 6am-2:30pm M-F Second: 2pm-12:30am M-Th Ability to pass certification test when instructed Ability to weld small parts and simple weldments when instructed Safe operations of all welding equipment and proper use of all PPE Welding helmet, Safety glasses, Welding jacket and gloves Can weld using the GMAW process Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it Adherence to the attendance policy All other duties as required   QualificationsAre you qualified? Experience: 2+ years of fabrication experience or training  Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fixtures, jigs, clamps, and quality inspection tools is essential. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing. Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude. Reliability: Can make the daily commute to Chanhassen, MN and maintain good attendance.  Pre-employment Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation. Training: Completion of necessary training requirements provided by SRC.
