About the Role:

As a Carpenter, you will play a critical role in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Your work will directly contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation projects by ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship. You will interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and execute tasks accordingly. This role demands a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ultimately, your expertise will help create safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments for clients across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environments.
  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or apprenticeship completion in carpentry or related trade.
  • Experience with finish carpentry and detailed woodworking.
  • Familiarity with renovation projects and adaptive construction methods.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and communicate effectively on-site.

Responsibilities:
