Responsibilities for this Position

Contract & Subcontract Closeout

  • Perform contract and subcontract closeout activities, including reconciliation, review of documentation, and preparation of closeout packages.
  • Research historical contract or subcontract data to identify potential concern areas and support timely closeout completion in the contract closeout system.
  • Assist with the administration of assigned contracts or subcontracts and related submittals; maintain contract or subcontract files.
  • Perform basic administration and review of non-complex, low-dollar-value contracts or subcontracts and associated documents and reports.

Compliance Tools & Reporting Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for one or more contract compliance and reporting programs, which may include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Government contractor performance reporting (e.g., CPARS) — including recurring performance reporting, stakeholder communications (Contracts, Business Development, Program Management), system access request coordination, and process/tool training support.
  • Organizational conflict of interest (OCI) vetting — including review of notices and responses across company lines of business and external business units, annual mitigation plan compliance reviews, reviewer updates, and coordination of stakeholder meetings.
  • Supplier risk reporting (e.g., SPRS in the PIEE system) — including ad-hoc requests, reporting, and communications as required.
  • Internal contract compliance data tools — including training, communications, system access request and access-list coordination, and serving as a point of contact for IT collaboration.
  • Cyber security incident reporting communications to Contracts professionals.

Coordination, Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Support tool development, testing, and issue resolution for compliance systems, including participating in IT tag-ups as needed to support tool-related efforts.
  • Support development of tool functionality, process narratives, and IT requirements for new and evolving compliance workflow tools.
  • Maintain recurring reporting and metrics, help clean up records for data accuracy, and support related internal SharePoint and compliance sites.
  • Coordinate and assist with proposal and contract or subcontract review processes.
  • Perform other contract compliance, closeout, and administrative duties as assigned to support evolving team and business needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Government and commercial contract or subcontract requirements (e.g., FAR and DFARS), including closeout requirements (e.g., FAR 4.804 / 4.805).
  • Aptitude for learning and supporting compliance systems and tools, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues and follow standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Demonstrates general written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate communications across Contracts, Business Development, Program Management, IT, and external business units.
  • Demonstrates general organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and recurring reporting deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Demonstrates general collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
  • Ability to build stable working relationships internally and develop professional concepts and knowledge of basic business principles.
  • Possesses general computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) to support communications and business needs.
  • Ability to work on problems of limited-to-moderate scope; receives instruction on new assignments and guidance on more complex issues.

PREFERRED DEGREE TYPES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience, preferred.
  • Prior contract/subcontract closeout, compliance, or contracts administration experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:No clearance reuired. U.S. citizenship is required.
