Your Mission

Reporting to the Sector Vice President of Contracts & Supply Chain, you'll serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Business Area leadership while managing both talent and budget across the organization. This isn't just contract management, it's relationship building, risk mitigation, and strategic partnership development at the highest levels.

  • Performance Accountability: Deliver results in proposal win-rates, cost savings, compliance, and risk management

What You Bring

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master's with 10+ years
  • Contracts Expertise: Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support
  • Leadership Excellence: Minimum 4 years of team leadership experience with proven ability to develop talent
  • Negotiation Mastery: Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required
