KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this role, you will support the design, deployment, and sustainment of secure network solutions that enable mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, engineer, and deploy technical network solutions to meet defined system and customer requirements.
  • Implement and maintain network infrastructure in accordance with technical standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with team members to support evolving and shifting network requirements.
  • Support network implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities in operational environments.
  • Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues and support resolution efforts as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience
  • Experience developing, deploying, or maintaining network solutions in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of network implementation and deployment concepts.
  • Recent experience building, deploying, or maintaining Cisco-based networks, devices, or tools.
  • Experience working with commercial networking technologies and COTS solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment providing technical input and support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document network configurations, designs, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired

  • Experience supporting network operations in a government or defense contracting environment.
  • Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.

Work Environment

  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0–20%
  • Working Hours: Standard
