What You'll Do Lead Projects from Start to Finish Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Partner with Superintendents to successfully deliver complex occupied healthcare renovations. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, and project financials. Build Strong Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Lead progress meetings and communicate proactively with clients and project teams. Help identify future opportunities by building long-term client relationships. Lead and Develop People Coach and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across every project. Promote a culture where safety, quality, and teamwork come first. Drive Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, quality control, and safety programs. Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technologies to effectively manage project execution. Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For 5-6 years of commercial construction experience with at least 3-4 years managing healthcare or other complex occupied renovation projects. Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, contracts, and financial reporting. Experience managing subcontractors, owner relationships, and multiple project stakeholders. Working knowledge of AIA contracts, GMP projects, construction sequencing, and scheduling. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software. OSHA 30 certification preferred. PMP, CHC, and LEED credentials are a plus. A collaborative leader with exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Why Join L2 Construction?
