Position Overview: 

Successful Reports Officer candidates will work in an integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the organization and demonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open source databases. Reports Officers identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive collection operations through written products and briefings, and empower collectors by producing detailed targeting packages. The positions require prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives. Successful candidates must work well in team environments and be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret SCI security clearance with Poly at time of application
  • Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
  • Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
  • Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • *5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree*

Desired qualifications:

  • Customer certification as a Reports Officers or Specialized Skills Officer
  • Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience
  • Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
  • Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
  • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices

Job Location: On site in Northern Virginia, Remote telework is not available.
