Senior Budget Analyst - TS/SCI CI Poly

Department: Government Customer – Chantilly
Location: Chantilly, VA

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH CI POLY REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Position Overview:
Support Government leadership by providing advanced financial management and advisory services. Lead budget formulation, execution, and oversight activities while analyzing spend performance and ensuring alignment with mission objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead budget formulation, justification, execution, and review activities
  • Analyze budget variances, spend rates, and fiscal risks
  • Prepare and brief financial reports and recommendations to senior Government leadership
  • Oversee contractor spend tracking, EAC reporting, and financial compliance
  • Lead preparation and presentation of CFSRs at PMRs and BMRs
  • Support budget drills and resource realignment efforts
  • Ensure compliance with IC, DoD, and NRO financial policies and reporting requirements
  • Conduct complex ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Doctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Equivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environments
