The Opportunity:

The CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving an exciting technological transformation of customer IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.

CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated SharePoint Specialist to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. Our SharePoint Specialist will serve as a key member of our global, 24/7 operations team. This role bridges general IT infrastructure operations with specialized expertise in backend SharePoint deployments. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, reliability, and security of physical, cloud-based, and M365 platform-as-a-service (PaaS) collaboration ecosystems.

The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.

 Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, integrate, operate, and maintain on-premise, cloud, and M365 SharePoint services, including integrated tools like Tableau and Power Apps. Provide guidance on the migration and evolution of collaboration and knowledge management platforms
  • Monitor and manage claims-based and PKI authentication, enforcing strict role-based access controls (RBAC) per mission requirements
  • Provide continuous Tier 2 support (incident analysis, break/fix, hands-on touch labor) for all infrastructure and devices. Coordinate with engineering for advanced troubleshooting
  • Work independently or in teams to perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance. Provide continuous patch management for workstations and servers across all networks and security domains
  • Use Lab facilities to develop test scripts, conduct Beta/Acceptance testing, and manage the transfer of engineered solutions through Blue/Green fielding
  • Analyze system performance, capacity, and service-level metrics to optimize infrastructure utilization and preemptively address potential incidents
  • Work with technical writers to develop SOPs and documentation. Aid in the creation of required reporting and data tracking and coordinate POA&M workflows
  • Innovation, Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and innovation activities, researching new technologies and articulating benefits to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start
  • DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
  • Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification
  • An AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions (specifically enterprise storage systems)

Desired: 

  • Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering
  • Deep familiarity with Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) services and classified operating environments
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
