The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a talented Technical Operator to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting efforts to develop technical solutions and to create alternative access solutions to support resilient cyber operations while interacting with Sponsor’s partners. The Technical Operator in this position supports all technical aspects focused on priority mission requirements. This includes but is not limited to conducting technical debriefs, technical operations in support of cyber operations management as necessary to Sponsor’s mission. Officer may also travel in support of operational objectives. Responsibilities:
Provide technical requirements for customer mission to non-technical audiences
Draft and coordinate operational correspondences
Develop technical operations
Enable technical operations and create SOPs
Brief technical capability to audiences of varied technical and operational backgrounds
Coordinate with other client offices and tech bases to drive enablement solutions
Monitor information for paths forward and communicate with stakeholders
Travel eligible / responsibilities – including technical exchanges
Qualifications:
Required:Â
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, with a minimum of 15+ years’ experience in a relevant technical field to the position
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
Working knowledge of cyber capabilities & cyber tools
Must have knowledge of or demonstrated experience working with client partners
Demonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating correspondence, including coordinating with client stakeholders, driving collaboration and operational partnerships
Knowledge of network fundamentals, including basic protocols and architectures
Demonstrated experience managing strategic and/or large-scale operations to include development of technical tools, coordinating with mission partners and drafting operational approval
Demonstrated experience managing cyber or other technical operations throughout the operational lifecycle
Experience planning, deconflicting and collaborating on technical and/or cyber operations with mission partners
Demonstrated experience with either software development (including programming languages and development frameworks) or software reverse engineering
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments, maintaining composure and making sound judgments under pressure
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences, including briefing to varying levels of technical expertise
Understanding of computer network exploitation concepts, tradecraft and tools
Experience working with the field and technical debriefings
Demonstrated the ability to integrate into a multi-discipline team and take a team-based approach to solving complex problems

Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work both independently and collaboratively, and exercise sound personal judgement in unfamiliar or ambiguous situations

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
