  • In conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy and General Manager, coordinate shipment and delivery of patient orders.
  • Ensures that all items and supplies listed on delivery tickets are accurately filled, packed appropriately (including cool packs as required), packed in conformance with company quality standards, and shipped/delivered to the correct recipient within expected time frames;
  • Coordinates UPS/FedEx shipping services and schedules external courier services. Track delivery status and facilitate resolution of any related issues.
  • On a daily basis tracks and confirms receipt of all signed delivery tickets, follows up on outstanding delivery tickets;
  • Responsible for tracking all locally assigned equipment and ensuring the accuracy of related data in the equipment tracking database;
  • Performs all duties of a delivery driver as required.
  • Complete understanding of confidentiality with respect to Company proprietary information as well as information concerning patient/client care; complying with all federal and state laws as apply to confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) and electronic protected health information (EPHI); and following HIPAA guidelines regarding readily identifiable protected health information.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills: CPR+ application, Outlook, etc....
  • Strong communication skills
