Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single focal point for all project status information, activities, coordination, scheduling, risk management and issues resolution.
  • Create, monitor and update all program documentation to include program management plan, contract and technical performance reports, risk management plans, and transition documentation.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of programmatic and technical information to project teams and others.
  • Conduct various program management reviews and briefings to senior level stakeholders.
  • Generate and maintain the necessary programmatic metrics to include cost, schedule, technical, operation and quality.
  • Ensure systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
  • Manage resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer requirements.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, preferably in technical area
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a Program or Project Manager
  • Experience working with software developers, test engineers, system engineers, system administrators, cloud engineers, and system integrators
  • Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS)
  • Experience using tracking systems for issues and problems such as JIRA
