SAIC is seeking an TOPS Technical Training Instructor (TTI). This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver, teach, and facilitate courses to meet all course and learning objectives.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) using professional and technical experiences to engage and teach adult learners.
Monitor student progress during course executions and provide feedback to the customer.
Support the development of new, or modification of existing courses in coordination with technical instructional systems designers.

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 10 years or more of related experience. Masters and 8 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 5 years or more experience.
5 years of experience serving in PCS customer assignments.
10 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
Demonstrated experience delivering content for adult learners.
Demonstrated experience tailoring communications and facilitating discussions among small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds.
Ability to adopt new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring of technology to support learning needs.
Ability as a self-starter, to team effectively, regularly work outside your comfort zone, and to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across various customer offices.

Desired Qualifications:

3 years as TOPS officer.
Extensive experience with the customer supporting multiple lines of business.
Adult learning experience teaching technical courses, student mentoring, and class facilitation.
Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Education.
