Who YOU Are

You’re a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with a strong background in planning, organizing, and managing clerical duties. With expertise Microsoft Office products. The ability to maintain work schedules, and information for upcoming projects. Communicate effectively with customer to identify requirements, scope and objectives.

What You'll Do

In the role of Project Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring a knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, Microsoft applications, and aptitude to grasp work management systems and other applicable applications related to the work of the office.
  • Coordinate projects and provide a general system integration support.
  • Facilitate a variety of administrative support in reviewing an maintaining project documentation and deliverables o the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching and coordinating reporting and work order activity.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award

REQUIREMENTS:

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance required
  • Five (5)+ years of experience supporting project of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Products (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project).
