Job Description:

The Senior Network Project Manager for a government account is an AT&T POC throughout and after project completion. Leads communications efforts, maintains project schedules, and submits deliverables.  Provides the critical personnel on specified projects with consistent support and easy access to AT&T leadership to escalate issues, identify / solve problems and perform additional duties as required by the customer.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop program strategies, goals, and objectives, aligning them with the customer requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple, interconnected projects within a program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Track program performance, monitor progress against goals, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve program management processes and efficiencies.
  • Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and reporting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Account/Project Management experience 3 – 5 years with Government telecom background.
  • Broad knowledge in legacy/modern voice technology implementation and support.
