We’re currently seeking an Electronic Tech Aid who is passionate about hands-on work and eager to contribute to the quality and performance of our industry-leading products. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid foundation in electronics, and the desire to make a real impact every day. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a key role in the assembly and testing of electronic products used by law enforcement professionals. Following detailed work instructions, you will build, rework, and perform basic testing on circuit boards and electronic sub-assemblies. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in precision, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to company work instructions Modify, repair, or rework circuit boards and electronic units Conduct functional testing and limited troubleshooting of electronic assemblies Adjust electronic circuits using test equipment and setup procedures Certify radar tuning forks, antennas, and indicators Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Team: A high school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience as an electronics assembler The ability to read and follow detailed work orders, prints, and manuals Basic computer skills for board programming and test procedures Comfort working with small tools, hand soldering, and basic test equipment Problem-solving skills and manual dexterity A strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work Work Environment & Physical Requirements: You’ll work in a quiet, temperature-controlled manufacturing setting. The role requires frequent sitting and manual work with small components, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Strong vision and focus abilities are important for success in this position.
