Position Summary:Â
Title: Developer Standard III
Duration: 6 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
Responsibilities:Â
1. Design and Develop the Restful API Services and pub/sub message interfaces in alignment with integration requirements, defined architecture and design and infrastructure specifications. Leverage .Net 8, Azure APIM and Azure Service Bus.Â
2. Coordinate with QA team, fix the bug and stabilize the functionality.Â
3. Integrate the solution with DevSecOps and all the security hooks and controls.Â
4. Work with other ITS teams for taking the project the various steps from development and production.Â
5. Complete the documentation of modules that will be developed.Â
Skills Required:Â
• Experience of more than 8 years in .Net application development, especially in middle-tier and back-end development of services, application logic, APIs, etc.Â
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns such as Client Credentials, OBO and other flows, especially in Microsoft AD / Entra ID domains.Â
• Strong skills and experience in system development, especially in .Net and Azure Cloud.Â
• Experience with API Gateways, Message / Event hubs, Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online and Azure Key VaultÂ
• Knowledge in the development of application standards, architecture products, artifacts, and standardization processesÂ
• Excellent communication, writing, documentation and facilitation skillsÂ
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Â
• Ability to provide training, coaching support for architecture projects.Â
• Ability to visualize and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams).Â
• Ability to extend and mature the business architecture.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization (this includes written and verbal communications, as well as visualizations).
• Ability to act as liaison conveying information in suitably accurate models between the business unit and their counterparts within Information Technology.
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
