Detail-oriented resource to manage end-to-end onboarding processes, support program management initiatives, handle personnel-related tasks, and execute administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as direct support; reporting to PMO Lead
- Administer PMO functions (eg personnel management, tracking, onboarding and offboarding processes)
- Collaborating and providing operational support to multiple programs ensuring seamless program execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation
- Adaptable to a fast pace environment
- Manage the distribution and tracking of smartcards, monitoring expiration dates, account renewals
- Prepare key performance indicator (KPI) deliverables for program leadership and facilitate client communication
- Proactively escalate personnel concerns to program leadership
- Track/manage customer facility accesses and equipment inventory
- Contribute to the organization and execution of employee engagement events
- Personnel schedule updates as needed
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 years of experience
- 2 + years of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams is essential)
Clearance Level
Active Top Secret clearance
Other Job Specific Skills
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR type role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- The role is based on-site in Reston, VA, Monday to Friday, with occasional commute to other locations as needed.

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
