HumanTouch is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery, governance, and operational oversight of a federal IT support services program. This role will help to lead PMO activities for the program, including planning, reporting, deliverable tracking, risk and issue management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, comfortable leading teams, and experienced supporting IT operations in a federal environment. Key Responsibilities Help lead PMO activities for the program, including governance, planning, reporting cadence, and coordination across workstreams. Develop and maintain project plans, integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action item trackers. Track contract deliverables, review submissions for quality and completeness, and ensure timely customer delivery. Prepare program status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, meeting materials, and performance summaries. Manage risk, issue, and decision logs; support mitigation planning, escalation, and follow-through. Facilitate program meetings, operational reviews, risk reviews, and customer-facing governance discussions. Coordinate across service desk, desktop support, deployment, quality, technical, and administrative teams. Monitor performance against service level agreements, key performance indicators, quality standards, and contract requirements. Develop and maintain workflows, standard operating procedures, process guides, and recurring reports. Support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts, including process audits, corrective actions, and documentation updates. Lead or coordinate subordinate managers, team leads, project coordinators, or analysts, as assigned. Build strong working relationships with government customers, program leadership, corporate teams, and subcontractors. Additional Responsibilities Additional responsibilities include supporting growth and proposal efforts, as well as expanding business within your assigned portfolio. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management, program support, PMO operations, or IT service delivery. Experience working within or leading a PMO function, preferably on a federal contract. Experience leading teams, coordinating staff activities, supporting resource planning, or managing project personnel. Experience supporting IT operations, service desk, end-user support, PC deployment, or similar IT support services. Knowledge of project management practices, including schedule management, risk management, issue tracking, change management, and status reporting. Ability to translate operational activity into concise reports, dashboards, briefings, and customer-ready deliverables. Strong customer service orientation and experience building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical teams, executives, and government stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and ITSM or help desk tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, ACD, or workforce management systems. ITIL Foundation certification or higher and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Experience with FDA, HHS, CDC, NIH, CMS, or other federal health organizations preferred.
