What You’ll Do

• Safely operate company vehicles on scheduled and on-demand routes.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and dependable passenger service.
• Assist passengers with mobility needs and safely secure wheelchairs and assistive equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, passenger counts, and trips.
• Practice defensive driving and represent Omega professionally in the community.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming transportation environment.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement.
• 2+ years of professional driving experience; healthcare, shuttle, or paratransit experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Chantilly and surrounding Northern Virginia/DC Metro roads.
• Clean driving record with no major moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass required physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings.
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and safety-focused.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Patient, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with individuals with disabilities.
