The Functional Maintenance Appointment Coordinator provides direct patient care to Members to attain better living standards by implementing strategies and techniques to increase Member strength capacity and general well-being. They also assist the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Successful completion of a State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required. 

Hours: Full Time 

Monday - Friday
