The Nursing Home Administrator will provide operational and strategic leadership for the skilled nursing operation while partnering closely with clinical leadership, department leaders, residents, families, and regional and corporate partners.Â

What You’ll Do:Â
- Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursingÂ
- Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure exceptional resident care and servicesÂ
- Establish clear operational priorities and hold department leaders accountable.Â
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the community and build strong relationships with residents, families, and employeesÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resident outcomes, and overall community performanceÂ
- Partner with clinical leadership to promote high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomesÂ
- Foster a culture focused on quality, safety, dignity, and resident centered care
Â
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related fieldÂ
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of North Carolina.Â
- Demonstrated experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or a related healthcare environmentÂ
- Strong understanding of federal and state skilled nursing regulationsÂ
- Strong employee leadership, coaching, and development skillsÂ
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesÂ

1-3+ years of relevant experience preferredÂ
