As a Tax Supervisor in PCS, you will be responsible for:  Prepare and review federal and state returns, extensions, and quarterly projections, focusing mainly on high-net-worth individuals, trust returns, and affiliated entities Interact closely with clients year-round to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services in a timely manner Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax saving strategies Knowledge of Federal and State tax law Perform tax research to resolve issues Trains, develops and mentors junior staff  Takes an active approach to building network (internal and external) and participates in Firm business development opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in taxation preferred   5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm  CPA preferred Possess advanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws –  individual, trust, gifts, and partnership taxation   Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate strong client services skills Be highly motivated and able to work individually and in team settings Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills Knowledge of CCH Axcess, Sureprep, XCM and Caseware is a plus
