- Provide and oversee direct patient care, including medication administration and treatment.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any significant changes.
- Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
- Current and valid RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
- A minimum of one year of experience in geriatrics or long-term care is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
