About the role

Green Beagle Lodge is seeking experienced, dependable pet care professionals to join our team as a Full-Time Pack Leader. We are a privately owned company with two locations offering resort-style boarding and daycare, as well as professional bathing and training services. Our off-leash play program is thoughtfully structured, allowing dogs to socialize and thrive in a safe, well-managed environment.

Pack Leaders are experienced team members who help set the standard for safe dog handling, operational excellence, and teamwork. In addition to providing exceptional care for our canine guests, Pack Leaders serve as role models by supporting new team members, maintaining high safety standards, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

Potential candidates must display not only a passion for animals but a strong work ethic, confidence working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and the ability to lead by example. Once hired, you will complete orientation, industry-specific training, and hands-on coaching to further develop your leadership skills and expertise in dog handling and care.

We believe in building strong teams and developing the right company culture to provide a clean, green, safe, and fun environment for pets and staff. Green Beagle Lodge has helped build lasting careers for individuals who are motivated to learn, grow, and develop as leaders within the pet care industry.
