Key Responsibilities
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Well-being Strategy Management: Lead, adapt, and evolve site-specific well-being programs. Take initiative in launching new engagement and retention programs tailored to the workforce's needs.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Retention Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on turnover and absenteeism metrics. Identify correlations between data trends and employee well-being to propose actionable, organization-aligned strategies.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Safety & Wellness Integration: Partner closely with the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team to ensure well-being initiatives align with and complement existing site safety protocols.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Communication & Engagement: Develop and execute internal communication campaigns to ensure all employees are informed and engaged as new programs and organizational changes are implemented.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Feedback Loops: Establish and maintain formal and informal listening channels, including employee forums and pulse surveys, to capture, analyze, and act upon the needs of both production and support staff.
Qualifications
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Education: Bachelorās degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrated HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with US-based well-being programs and/or large-scale corporate benefits is highly preferred

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateās experience, education, and skill set.Ā
