Job DetailsJob Location: Charleroi, PA 15022Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeJob Shift: AnyComprehensive Benefits Package   •   Tuition Discounts   •   Career Advancement     DIVERSIFIED HUMAN SERVICES, INC.   Multiple Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Mon-Valley, PA Location   EMPLOYMENT CASH BONUS UP TO $4,000!   Overall Function:   Aids program clients daily with the implementation of Individual Support Plans.   Essential Functions:   Provides hands-on instruction to the client to implement Individual Support Plans and client goal achievement. Conducts recreational and social activities with individuals, as assigned. Participates in regular staff training to develop knowledge and skills necessary to assist individuals. Maintains proper condition, cleanliness, and safety of residential site and vehicle. Mentors incoming Direct Support Professionals and assists Site Monitors in training of new employees.   Responds appropriately to emergency situations. Other duties as required. Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.     Qualifications No High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Ability to receive, understand, and communicate information with effectiveness, and follow instructions. Must have a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License and safe driving record. Compliance with pre-employment and routine drug testing is required. Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance from the Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse Clearance from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and FBI Fingerprint Clearances.   Must not be excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal health care program. Ability to safely operate a 16 Passenger Van. Ability to assist, move and/or transfer individuals with physical limitations weighing up to 150 pounds, may be required.
