Job Description
- Provide safe and effective fitness instruction to help our members attain their fitness goals  30%
- Responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives established by MUSC’s Personal Trainer Director 20%
- Promote and sale personal training programs and services to a highly engaged member base 15%
- Conduct fitness assessments 10% Â
- Design exercise programs tailored to meet member needs and goals 10%
- Maintain professional standards including punctuality, proper attire, teamwork, and a clean and safe workout environment 5%
- Adjust and operate all fitness equipment 5%
- Effectively use Social Media to keep members engaged and to promote MUSC Wellness Center 5%
