As a member of our support staff team as a Host and Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the wait staff and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
As a member of our support staff team as a Host and Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the wait staff and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests warmly, with close attention to thoughtful wait times based upon open menu counts and upcoming reservations. A large part of your role will include assisting servers in delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Duties
- Greeting and seating guests warmly

- Managing waitlists and seating tables thoughtfully
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing and resetting tables
- Refilling water glasses and providing addition support to guests as needed
- Assist in giving guests a positive waiting experience before seating at their table
- Answering the phone
- Polishing glassware and silverware
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the food service or café industry
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
