Team Leader responsibilities include adhering to the departments standard operating procedures; meeting and exceeding financial goals including gross profit, shrink, sales, labor and department over-head. Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assistant Grocery Department Team Leader The Assistant Grocery Team Lead supports the Grocery Team Leader in overseeing the daily operations of the grocery department. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining department standards, and supporting team development. The Assistant Grocery Team Lead works closely with grocery clerks and leadership to ensure inventory accuracy, product presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency while modeling Earth Fare’s values and food philosophy.
