Summary:

The Auditor is responsible for conducting audits of customer-specific products received into the warehouse, verifying proper packaging and documentation, and maintaining accurate record retention. This third-shift role (Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM) requires a full understanding of SAP, including picking, pulling, parts movement, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of customer-specific products received into the warehouse.
  • Verify proper packaging style and GIMS numbers through auditing.
  • Review and audit receiving paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize SAP for picking, pulling, parts movement, and inventory control functions.
  • Maintain the record retention system for all receiving invoices.
  • Collaborate with Logistics personnel to help investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Promptly report any abnormalities to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Overtime and shift changes on short notice may be required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, and Safety-related policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Basic organization, planning, and administration skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong recordkeeping abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime, often with short notice, and to adapt to shift work.
  • Combination of post-secondary education and/or previous associated work experience commensurate to four years preferred.
  • MS Office experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to see and hear (correctable).
  • Able to communicate verbally.
  • Safety shoes and hi-vis required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Able to lift 51-75 lbs. with assistance.
