Position Overview

Nu-Pipe is seeking a CIPP Operator to support trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects by operating and maintaining specialized equipment used during Cured-In-Place Pipe installations.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating pumps, generators, vacuum systems, heavy equipment, or construction machinery. CIPP experience is preferred but not required. Training is available for motivated candidates with strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Operate CIPP installation equipment including pumps, generators, and curing systems. 
  • Assist with liner installation and rehabilitation activities. 
  • Monitor equipment during installation and curing processes. 
  • Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. 
  • Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup. 
  • Perform inspections and basic equipment maintenance. 
  • Follow direction from Superintendents and Foremen. 
  • Complete equipment checks and daily reports. 
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment. 
  • Travel to project locations as needed. 

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating construction equipment preferred. 
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment. 
  • Construction, utility, underground, or pipe experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds. 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to work overtime and travel. 
  • Valid driver's license preferred. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPP equipment experience. 
  • Experience with pumps, generators, vacuum systems, or heavy machinery. 
  • OSHA 10 certification. 
  • CDL is a plus. 

Work Schedule

  • 10 days on / 4 days off rotation schedule 
  • This is a field-based position. Employees report directly to assigned project locations and may travel throughout the region based on project needs.
