Rosen LTC is a small, specialized litigation technology and digital forensics firm serving attorneys in complex, high-stakes matters nationwide. As a boutique firm, we offer a hands-on environment where team members work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and clients and where each person’s judgment, initiative, and contribution have a visible impact.
Our size also means this is not a narrowly defined corporate role. Priorities may shift with active cases, and everyone is expected to be adaptable, accountable, and willing to contribute wherever the matter requires.
This is not a traditional back-office IT role. You will collect and analyze digital evidence, work directly with attorneys and clients, support litigation and trials, and eventually help generate new business through CLEs, Lunch & Learns, and professional relationships.
No two days will be the same. You may collect a phone at a sheriff’s office, analyze computer activity, organize evidence for a lawsuit, prepare a courtroom presentation, meet with attorneys, or travel to support a major trial.
What You’ll Do
Collect and preserve data from phones, computers, drives, email accounts, cloud sources, and other digital systems.
Analyze and organize digital evidence for litigation, discovery, investigations, and case strategy.
Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and defensible documentation.
Prepare timelines, reports, exhibits, and presentations that make technical findings understandable.
Support trial teams with courtroom technology, OnCue or similar tools, video, and exhibit preparation.
Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, investigators, and internal team members.
Travel for collections and trials, including occasional multiday assignments.
As your expertise grows, participate in CLEs, Lunch & Learns, and relationship-building activities that create new work.
Some assignments will involve meaningful forensic analysis. Others will require careful data processing, device handling, documentation, delivery, and follow-through. Both are essential to the role.

This role will not suit someone seeking isolated technical work, minimal client contact, a fixed daily routine, or no responsibility for business development.
Relevant Experience
Strong candidates may come from digital forensics, IT, cybersecurity, litigation support, eDiscovery, trial technology, law enforcement, investigations, technical paralegal work, data analysis, or a law-related background with strong technical aptitude.
A related degree and experience with Cellebrite, Magnet, OnCue, or similar platforms are helpful but not required. We place greater value on technical aptitude, judgment, attention to detail, learning agility, and professional communication.
Full-time and primarily in-office in Charleston, South Carolina.
Travel may reach approximately 30% over time.
Schedules may vary around active matters, court deadlines, and trials.
Relocation assistance is not currently offered.
Benefits
Base salary: $45,000–$55,000, based on experience.
Uncapped commission-based incentives tied to billable work, forensic services, and professional contribution.

The first year is focused on training, technical independence, certifications, and building billable capacity. A successful, fully productive specialist can build toward six-figure total compensation after the first year. Actual earnings depend on billable production, client demand, technical growth, and relationship-development activity.
